Cancelling

Cancel anytime. No refunds.

You can leave whenever you want, without emailing anyone. What you've already paid isn't refunded, and nothing new is charged.

How to cancel

  • Open the app and go to the You tab.
  • Tap Manage membership.
  • Tap Cancel membership and confirm.

That's it. You'll get an email confirming it, and the app will show the exact date your access ends. There's no retention call, no form, and no waiting on a reply.

What happens to your access

You keep everything until the end of the period you already paid for. If you're monthly and cancel on day three, you still have the rest of that month. If you're yearly, you have the rest of the year. After that the paid library locks and the free sessions stay open.

Your account and your setup answers stay as they are, so rejoining later puts you straight back where you were.

Our refund policy

Memberships are $9 per month or $49 per year and are non-refundable. Because the recorded library opens the moment you join, we don't refund payments already made — including part-used months or years, and including renewals you forgot were coming.

What you get instead is the ability to cancel in two taps at any time, so a membership never continues longer than you want it to.

The exceptions

We will refund you, without argument, if:

  • You were charged twice for the same period.
  • You were charged after cancelling.
  • A technical fault on our side kept you locked out of the library for a meaningful stretch of your paid period.
  • The charge wasn't made by you — tell us and we'll refund it and secure the account.
  • Your local consumer law gives you a refund right that overrides this policy.

Email support@thankyousir.app from the address on your account and we'll sort it. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually land within five to ten business days.

Before you dispute a charge

Please email us first. A chargeback takes weeks, closes your account automatically, and usually can't be undone — where we owe you money we'd rather just send it back the same day.

Failed payments

If a renewal fails we'll email you and try again over the following days. If it still can't go through, the membership ends and the paid library locks. Nothing goes to collections and you're never left owing us anything.

The rest of the details

Renewal, pricing, and account rules live in the terms of membership. If something here is unclear, ask before you buy — that's what support is for.
